So the duct tape backpack is coming along. I have the pattern completed which is my own original design. I don't want to give too much away because I want it to be a surprise when it is completed. I will tell you that it will have interior pockets as well as a detachable pencil pouch. The challenging part right now is adding side pockets. I've tried a couple of techniques already but I'm not happy with it yet. This is definitely a project that takes more than a week's time to complete. But I will say that I am half way done with it.
In other news, I am going to be participating in my first craft fair of the year next Friday. It is a 3 day event and I will be with my friend Kate from http://crochetbykatie.blogspot.com/.
